Can recommend for price/quality. We loved hotel's service and facilities. View from the individual patio was great. It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop.

This hotel is ideal if you are looking for a quiet relaxing few days in the countryside. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the country walks along the coast were wonderful. The food was also very good and there was lots of fresh fish dishes in the hotel and local restaurants. overall excellent!
As this hotel is situated in the countryside it did feel quite remote and therefore a car is a must if you want to spend a few days.

Ideally situated in peaceful countryside but convenient to key tourist locations. A beautiful retreat after long days of sightseeing. Large ensuite bedrooms, well-furnished and spotless, overlooking beautiful gardens complete with resident rabbits. The only sounds were birdsong and rustling leaves in the trees beside our patio. And a fine restaurant with wonderful food cooked with great care and personal attention.
We could not fault anything. The owners treat guests like "family" and we felt "at home". We booked for 3 days, but stayed for 4.

Tranquil, spacious, easy to walk to the beaches, good breakfast, attentive service, comfy bed
Having to think ahead 24hrs whether we wanted dinner or not and not being able to book an extra night even though we later learned, incidentally, that one was available. This left us with a nasty taste.

The location and standard of the room was excellent
The lack of options in terms of breakfast and dinner. I.e. not catering for vegatariians and non-pork eaters.Designated tables for meals in a hotel clearly not full.

This hotel is extremely clean & comfortable. Hazel - the proprietor - is very friendly & accommodating. The food is excellent, as you would expect from an AA rosette establishment. I am a chef myself & have had pretty average fayre in rosetted restaurants before, but Trelaske more than lives up to it's billing.
My wife & I stayed in mid-September (on the first 3 days of our Honeymoon!), towards the end of the season, & it was only Hazel, the owner, providing all the service, which meant having to try & find her on numerous occasions if you needed serving at the bar. However, this is probably just nit-picking as it wasn't that much of a hassle, just not what you would expect in this sort of establishment. We would have liked to have seen a bit more of Ross - Hazel's husband & chef - we only had a chance meeting when passing the office!!!!

very clean and comfortable, the welcome was warm with the owner showing us to our rooms and explaining the hotel and local area. the situation was excellent with views over the Cornish countryside and parking was very convenient.
the food was good with local produce being used although the order system was antiquated, the menu was presented at breakfast, at this time you had to decide a) if you wanted a meal that night and b) what you wanted off the menu.
